At Monti Coolers, we stand behind the durability of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your cooler isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused cooler in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is clean and free of debris.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
